Nestled in the emerging community of Bradford West Gwillimbury, Hay Caramba is the place to experience the warmth, culture, music, and culinary flavours of Mexico. With several of his authentic Mexican family recipes for you to savour, the originator of the great Mexican party weekends — come for the food, stay for the party — is back! Establishing his first restaurant in Bradford in 2003, the culinary art of Mexican dining is not a novelty to Noe. It is a welcoming taste of Mexico in Bradford, and is home to traditional Mexican dishes. The refreshing tropical beverages and colourful villa-style decor will give you that “away at a resort” feel.
